Thais P. Saad, Esq.
Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Thais has been working in the field of immigration for over 10 years and has firsthand experience navigating the complex immigration system in the United States. As an immigrant who came to the United States at the age of 15, Thais has held a variety of visas herself, including the G-4 visa, F-1 visa and H-1B visa. When the executive action imposing a travel ban on certain individuals went into affect, Thais filed habeas corpus petitions in Federal Court on behalf of foreign nationals who were detained in New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport and successfully secured the release of her clients. Thais speaks fluent Portuguese and Spanish.
